The tour is over; real life can resume. I am in Toronto, high on being surrounded by friends I miss so much, feeling terrible separation anxiety for Gina - and I just feel like a sort of big exhale of breath. They did it, and they had fun, and they're not sick of it or eachother, they're ready to do more things together. Mark grabbed me last night and said, "Ohmigod, I have SO much more stuff for you--" shaking his little camera in my face - and Scott flew to Kitana with such excitement when he saw her, shaking off all the fan girls that were clinging to him. He only had eyes for her. I love how much Scott loves Kit. Dave introduced me to Basil, who chattered drolly about his defunct Youtube page - we both agreed that Youtube pages are extremely lame. He's a cool cat, that one.

And, best of all, my nameless goddess presented me with a crew jersey, one of 12 made, with my name on the back. It's a thing of beauty - she designed it herself, a hockey jersey with "Phillips - 08" on the back and "KITH CREW", ingeniously contained in a logo under an image of Dave's time-travel colander-helmet; it's a thing of beauty, and I'll post a picture of it when I get home. I'm more touched than I can express at being included so. What a precious memento of this experience.
