So I'll talk about the weather: today is the first official day of summer. In New York City, it's 60° F and raining steadily. It's cold in the house. Yay summer.

I was supposed to get up by 11 today to get a particular yarn I need for a particular project that I can't discuss here because it's someone's birthday soon, and I called the shop ahead of time and made sure they had it. The shop is in the town in New Jersey where Gina works. It's an hour away. But I couldn't fall asleep last night, so I couldn't get up today. So I'll have to find a place in the city that sells the yarn. Gina went to work anyway. She's a hard worker.

I'm up to the decorative yoke on the cardigan.
