Sometimes I have to tell customers things they don't like and then have to listen to them whine, complain or scream or sometimes all three. Today was one of those days where I had more then a few unpleasant phone conversations. One guy cracked me up though. He said and I quote, "You are a very tough wooman. Your voice...it sounds not so tough...but you are a very tough wooman." I almost started giggling, which would have really thrown him off, as my giggle is not one bit tough but is quite silly.
